There are two types of patch borders which Melon Patches offer to all of the clients. First is the Hot Cut Border. Instead of rounded standard old-school edges, hot cut patches are very good for sharp, detailed edged patches as well as for the simple shaped ones too. It gives out a pretty decent look towards the patch. Hot cut borders are free of any additional charges; they are on the house for our clients. On the other hand, we have Merrow Border. Merrowed borders are the standard in the industry and are considered as a retro classic look. Merrowed borders cost an additional $0.15 per patch.

Thread Options Sew On, Iron On, Velcro, Tactical Patches

Threads can be changed to another option i.e. Metallic Threads. These threads are flashy, eye-catching threads. Best utilized sparingly, metallic threads are available in multiple colors. Metallic Threads in patches cost an additional 20% cost per patch. Secondly, all the orders include 8 thread colors. These 8 thread color don’t cost; it’s FREE OF CHARGE. What if the design contains more than 8 thread colors? No problem! You can choose as much thread colors as required, which means your patch would look exactly like what you had in mind.This costs additional $0.15 per patch, per color.
