Normal Service: After the approval from the customer we take 12-14 working days to deliver your order to you.

Merrow border is a slightly heavier border than the Hot-Cut border. We can apply merrow borders in Circle, Rectangle and square shapes but if your art have improper shape or if you want to cut your art as shape to shape cut then on that case we suggest you Hot-Cut border. Hot-Cut border give your art a nice and cool shape.

We accept all file formats such as: AI, PDF, JPG, CDR, EPS, DST, EMB, PNG, BMP, PES etc.

The thread normally use in embroidered patches is thicker and shiner and hard to put small details into embroidered patches meanwhile the thread normally use for creating woven label or patch is thin and less shinny because of the thin thread we can put as much as small details in woven patches that we cannot put into the embroidered patches.

You would apply your iron-on patches to set your heat press machine in between 325 – 400 degrees with 15 to 20 seconds time limit depends on fabric or garment type.

The max size in patch we able to do is 14.00” x 12.00”.

Minimum size in embroidered patch totally depends on the art. If your art contain simple logo or a simple design then 0.50”W X 0.50H” is doable.

Once you placed an order we can provide you a digital sew sample via email once you approve the sample then we start the production.

Unfortunately you cannot cancel your order once order has been placed.

After the approval of the price quote from customer we will send you an invoice along with pay link once we get a payment we will send you order confirmation email.

We normally use twill fabric in our most of the patches to ensure the high quality but in case if someone wants different fabric we able to use different fabric but only for special request.

We will ensure you to provide you best possible colors in your art in case you have little concerns regarding the colors you can also provide us Madeira thread color codes for your own satisfaction.

Yes we do embroider small text generally small text above 4.5mm would good to embroider. Any small text which is below 3mm is not readable in embroider patch.

Do not have to worry about frayed edge patches because we do offer frayed edge patches too.
