Every patch order we produce is followed by our spectacular customer support and 100% quality assurance. All the patch order we receive are completed with efforts of the team. We're just the half portion of that team and any of our team, we all have specific responsibilities. For your assistance, we have mentioned these liabilities below.
Payment Terms
- All payments will be made 100% advance.
- Rush orders are not confirmed if not paid rush charges.
Production Approval
- Production would start as soon as the approval of the mock up or the payment is clear; whichever is later.
- Order time would start upon the approval of the sample or making payment which ever is following.
Non-Availability
- In case of non-availability for required fabric or thread color; it may vary 5% to 10% from the required item.
Refund Policy
- Payment is non-refundable after the approval of the mock up/ if the production starts.
- We are not responsible for any lose occur due to quality, delay of delivery and color matching (if actual thread brand’s color codes are not provided).
Error Term
- Error term is defined as 5% to 10%. Under the error term, Melon Patches would not be responsible for any sort of refund.
- Digital Image and actual order may seems different because of screen colors vary on every devices.
Production Departments
- We have wide network for the production, so we can ship your desired patches from any part of the world.
Thread Colors
- If thread colors are not provided, we would match the thread colors with artwork and in this case 5% to 10% error term should be acceptable.
- Colors may variate 10%-20%
Shipment Duration
- Actual delivery date may vary or exceed from 14 working days.
Our Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide correct information. We are able to email you a virtual evidence of your patch layout for your approval before we begin production. This evidence is a graphic artist’s representation of the final outcome, to enable you to make any modifications or corrections earlier than committing to produce your patches.
RESEARCH
Confirming your order. Before we start manufacturing your patches, we will email you a sample picture along with an invoice containing all the specifics of your order: size, type, colors, quantity,and price along with invoice date.
WORK
We had been generating patches properly and on time. Once you have authorized both the sample picture and the invoice. As soon as the payment clearance against the invoice takes place, we manufacture your patches and try our best to deliver them within 12-14 working days regardless of any errors, natural occurrences or any other issues which can prolong the delivery time frame. After which we are able to deliver your order directly to the mentioned address in the invoice.
LAUNCH

Legal Details
ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders are final. Due to the fact we manufacture a custom product for you, all sales are final. Once your order has been placed, following the procedures indexed above, it can no longer be canceled for any cause. Melon Patches does not issue refunds. However, we are able to gladly replace any embroidered patch containing defects in either materials or workmanship.
LEGAL DISPUTE
In an unlikely event, a legal dispute arises; both you and Melon Patches agree that should the dispute pertain to the illegal use of copyrighted fabric or trademark infringement, you settle to guard the declare at your sole expense. You settle to pay any and all damages and fees assessed in opposition to Melon Patches due to such a lawsuit or proceeding. You also comply with keep Melon Patches harmless in any such lawsuit or proceeding.
TRADEMARK/COPYRIGHT
